3.0 Respin1 - Released June 16, 2004

Yup, it is another Brown Paper Bag event. See the mailing list for details, but if you downloaded the x86_64 discs you probably realized they aren't booting. You don't need to get a whole fresh set of images though, a boot CD image is available.

x86_64 fixed boot CD (4.4MB)

This release has now been removed from distribution to save space on the mirrors. The entry will remain here purely for historical reasons and to leave the replacement x86_64 boot iso available.

• You must use the upgradeany boot option to get an upgrade to work, even from the previous WBEL release. It perfectly detects your previous install with the option. Anyone with mad python skills is welcome to have a look at anaconda and figure out why my patches aren't working 100%.
• The srpm for rhn-applet on the source CDs isn't signed, and is apparently one internal rev behind. The copies in the updates dir and the unpacked x86_64 directory tree is corrected.
• The release notes in anaconda are the ones from the original 3.0.

Version 3.0 Fixed - i386 - Released December 17, 2003

The initial 3.0 release was a Brown Bag Release, missing i686 versions of glibc and nptl-devel. The original images have been discarded and replaced with these fixed versions. The source images remain the same so there is no need to download them again.
